Common use of Allocation Among Tracts Clause in Contracts

Allocation Among Tracts. On and after the Effective Date of this Agreement, the Production Allocation Substances when produced from the Well shall be allocated among the Tracts in accordance with their respective Tract Participation Factors. Subject to clause 6.1, the amount of Production Allocation Substances so allocated to each Tract, and only that amount, shall be deemed conclusively to have been produced from the Tract.
