Allocation and Investment Directions to Trustee. Pentegra shall direct the Trustee with respect to the allocation of assets to the Investment Funds, transfers among the Investment Funds and investment and reinvestment of the assets of the Fund and each Investment Fund. The Trustee shall have no duty to invest, and shall not be liable for any interest on, any such assets it holds uninvested pending receipt of directions from Pentegra to invest or reinvest assets of the Fund.
