ALLOCATION AND MEASUREMENT OF SHARES. The percentage shares set forth in Article 8.2.1.1 shall be allocated at U.S.G.S. Gage No. 08271000 located at the mouth of the Rio Xxxxxx canyon based on stream flow measured at that gage, and the Pueblo and the Acequias shall bear the burden of their own losses resulting from use of points of diversion downstream from the gage.
