ALLOCATION DATES. The date or dates on which Participant recordkeeping accounts are adjusted to reflect account activity including but not limited to contributions, loan distributions, Hardship withdrawals, as well as earnings activity including but not limited to income, capital gains or market fluctuations in accordance with Article V hereof. Unless the Plan Administrator in a uniform and nondiscriminatory manner designates otherwise, all allocations for a particular Plan Year will be made as of the Valuation Date of that Plan Year.
