Allocation for Meal Allowance. Effective January 1, 2019 the rate for Meal Allowances as specified in Sections 5.2, 5.3 and 5.5 shall increase to $16.00. Future Meal Allowance increases shall be as follows: January 1, 2020 - $17.00; January 1, 2021 - $18.00.
