Allocation of CAISO Payments and Costs. As between Buyer and Seller, Seller shall retain any revenues Seller or Seller’s SC may receive from and pay all costs, penalties, charges charged to Seller or Seller’s SC by the CAISO or any other third party in connection with the Project, except as expressly provided otherwise in the Agreement.
