Allocation of Co-Co Activities. Promptly following the approval of any U.S. HD Commercialization Plan in accordance with this Section 7.1.5.2, the Parties shall allocate responsibility for each Co-Co Activity to be performed in the next Calendar Year between the Parties in an equitable manner mutually agreed by the Parties, such that each Party provides approximately [***] percent ([***]%) of the Co-Co FTEs specified by such U.S. HD Commercialization Plan.
