Common use of Allocation of Collections; Segregation Clause in Contracts

Allocation of Collections; Segregation. Servicer shall set aside (or, if applicable, otherwise provide for its availability on the next Settlement Date) for the account of Seller and the Purchasers their respective Pro Rata Shares of the Collections of Pool Receivables in accordance with Section 1.3. Servicer shall segregate and deposit in immediately available funds into the Administrator’s Account, the Purchasers’ Share of Collections (to the extent required to be deposited therein pursuant to Section 1.3), not later than the second (2nd) Business Day following receipt by Servicer of such Collections.
