Except as provided in Article 10.9 (Wells Proposed Below Deepest Producible Reservoir), if xxx any reason the Participating Interests of the Parties in a well are not the same for the entire depth or the Completion thereof, the costs of drilling, Completing, and equipping the well shall be allocated in an equitable manner, as agreed by the Parties, based on the value and allocation recommended in the applicable COPAS Guideline, as amended from time to time.
