Common use of Allocation of Discretionary Funds Clause in Contracts

Allocation of Discretionary Funds. 15.01 The limitations on the right of the University to bargain separately with individual members of the bargaining unit imposed by the Collective Agreement shall not be interpreted as placing any restriction on the discretion of the University to allocate funds placed at its disposal, as a result of the Collective Agreement, for dealing with inequities and anomalies in salaries of members of the bargaining unit.
