Allocation of Ember Tokens Following Issuance of the Genesis Block. The Company shall at all times following the Genesis Block, allocate and keep available in the Genesis Block, that number of Ember Tokens that will be sufficient to permit the exercise in full of all outstanding Ember Warrants issued pursuant to this Warrant Agreement.
