ALLOCATION OF EXPENSES OF THE FUND. (a) The Investment Manager will bear all expenses related to salaries of its employees and to the Investment Manager's overhead in connection with its duties under this Agreement. The Investment Manager also will pay all fees and salaries of the Company's directors and officers who are affiliated persons (as such term is defined in the 0000 Xxx) of the Investment Manager.
