Common use of Allocation of Insurance Proceeds; Cooperation Clause in Contracts

Allocation of Insurance Proceeds; Cooperation. Except as otherwise provided in Section 3.12, the parties shall use reasonable efforts to ensure that Insurance Proceeds received with respect to claims, costs and expenses under the Insurance Policies shall be paid to Altria with respect to Altria Liabilities and to PMI with respect to the PMI Liabilities.
