Common use of Allocation of Litigation Trust Interests Clause in Contracts

Allocation of Litigation Trust Interests. The allocation and distribution of the Litigation Trust Interests shall be accomplished as set forth in the Plan including, without limitation, Sections 3.2.3, 3.2.4, 3.2.5, 3.2.6, 3.2.8, 3.2.9, 3.2.11 and Article XIII of the Plan.
