Allocation of Losses and Certain Other Amounts. For the avoidance of doubt, any losses, shortfalls, prepayments or increases in principal amount related to Subsequent Recoveries allocable to the Uncertificated REMIC Interests pursuant to the terms of the Pooling and Servicing Agreement shall result in a proportionate reduction or increase in the Aggregate Denomination of the corresponding Class or Classes of Certificates issued hereunder.
