Common use of Allocation of Money Collected Clause in Contracts

Allocation of Money Collected. If the Notes of all Series have been declared due and payable following an Event of Default and such declaration and its consequences have not been rescinded or annulled, any money collected by the Indenture Trustee pursuant to this Article or otherwise and any other monies that may be held or thereafter received by the Indenture Trustee as security for such Notes shall be applied, to the extent permitted by law, at the date or dates fixed by the Indenture Trustee to the Persons, in the amounts and in the priorities set forth in Section 3.02 hereof.
