Allocation of Operating Losses. After giving effect to any special allocations pursuant to Section 4.3, Operating Losses for any fiscal year shall be allocated among the Holders in the following order of priority: (i) First, among the Holders in proportion to, and to the extent of, the excess, if any, of (A) the cumulative Profits allocated to each Holder pursuant to Section 4.1(a)(vi) and/or Section 4.2(a)(vi) for the current and all prior fiscal years, over (B) the cumulative Losses allocated to each Holder pursuant to this Section 4.1(b)(i) and/or Section 4.2(b)(i) (without duplication pursuant to Section 4.3(g)) for all prior fiscal years; (ii) Second, among the Holders in proportion to, and to the extent of, the excess, if any, of (A) the cumulative Profits allocated to each Holder pursuant to Section 4.1(a)(v) and/or Section 4.2(a)(v) for the current and all prior fiscal years, over
