Common use of Allocation of Partial Payments Clause in Contracts

Allocation of Partial Payments. If IDB at any time receives less than the full amount then due and payable to it in respect of the Obligations, IDB shall have the right (as between IDB and each of the Borrowers) to allocate and apply such payment in any way or manner and for such purpose or purposes under this Agreement or any other Financing Document as IDB in its discretion determines, notwithstanding any instruction that each of the Borrowers may give to the contrary.
