Common use of Allocation of Partial Prepayments Clause in Contracts

Allocation of Partial Prepayments. In the case of each partial prepayment of the Notes of any Series pursuant to Section 8.2, the principal amount of the Notes of such Series to be prepaid shall be allocated among all of the Notes of such Series at the time outstanding in proportion, as nearly as practicable, to the respective unpaid principal amounts thereof not theretofore called for prepayment.

Allocation of Partial Prepayments. In the case of each any partial prepayment of the Notes of any Series pursuant to Section 8.2, the principal amount of the Notes of such Series to be prepaid shall be allocated among all each tranche of the Notes of such Series at the time outstanding in proportion, as nearly as practicable, to the respective unpaid principal amounts thereof of each tranche of the Notes of such Series not theretofore called for prepayment.

Allocation of Partial Prepayments. In the case of each partial prepayment of the Notes of any Series pursuant to Section 8.1 or 8.2, the principal amount of the Notes of such Series to be prepaid shall be allocated among all of the Notes of such Series at the time outstanding in proportion, as nearly as practicable, to the respective unpaid principal amounts thereof not theretofore called for prepayment.

Allocation of Partial Prepayments. In the case of each partial prepayment of the Notes of any Series a series or tranche pursuant to Section 8.28.2(a) or (b), the principal amount of the Notes of such Series the series or tranche to be prepaid shall be allocated among all of the Notes of such Series series or tranche at the time outstanding in proportion, as nearly as practicable, to the respective unpaid principal amounts thereof not theretofore called for prepayment.

Allocation of Partial Prepayments. In the case of each partial prepayment of the Notes of any Series pursuant to Section 8.2, the Company shall prepay the same percentage of the unpaid principal amount of the Notes of each series, and the principal amount of the Notes of such Series each series so to be prepaid shall be allocated among all of the Notes of such Series series at the time outstanding in proportion, as nearly as practicable, to the respective unpaid principal amounts thereof not theretofore called for prepayment.

Allocation of Partial Prepayments. In the case of each partial prepayment of the Notes of any Series pursuant to the provisions of Section 8.28.2(a), the principal amount of the Notes of such Series to be prepaid shall be allocated among all of the Notes of such Series at the time outstanding in proportion, as nearly as practicable, to the respective unpaid principal amounts thereof not theretofore called for prepayment.”
