Common use of Allocation of Partial Redemptions Clause in Contracts

Allocation of Partial Redemptions. In the case of each partial redemption of the bonds of the Twenty-fourth Series, the principal amount of the bonds of the Twenty- fourth Series to be redeemed shall be allocated by the Company among all of the bonds of the Twenty-fourth Series at the time outstanding in proportion, as nearly as practicable, to the respective unpaid principal amounts thereof not theretofore called for redemption.

In the case of each partial redemption of the bonds of the Twenty-fourth sixth Series, the principal amount of the bonds of the Twenty- fourth Twenty-sixth Series to be redeemed shall be allocated by the Company among all of the bonds of the Twenty-fourth sixth Series at the time outstanding in proportion, as nearly as practicable, to the respective unpaid principal amounts thereof not theretofore called for redemption.
