Common use of Allocation of Partial Redemptions Clause in Contracts

Allocation of Partial Redemptions. In the case of each partial redemption of the bonds of the Twenty-seventh Series, the principal amount of the bonds of the Twenty-seventh Series to be redeemed shall be allocated by the Company among all of the bonds of the Twenty-seventh Series at the time outstanding in proportion, as nearly as practicable, to the respective unpaid principal amounts thereof not theretofore called for redemption.

In the case of each partial redemption of the bonds of the Twenty-seventh fourth Series, the principal amount of the bonds of the Twenty-seventh Twenty- fourth Series to be redeemed shall be allocated by the Company among all of the bonds of the Twenty-seventh fourth Series at the time outstanding in proportion, as nearly as practicable, to the respective unpaid principal amounts thereof not theretofore called for redemption.
