Allocation of Prepaid Items and Reserves. All prepaid ---------------------------------------- items and reserves that have been maintained by Columbia/HCA on a consolidated basis but that relate in part to Assets or Liabilities of the LifePoint Group or the Triad Group shall be allocated among the Columbia/HCA Group, the LifePoint Group and the Triad Group in such manner as shall be determined by Columbia/HCA in its sole discretion.
