Allocation of Proceeds of Nonrecourse Liability. The determination of whether any distribution by the Partnership is allocable to the proceeds of a nonrecourse liability of the Partnership shall be made by the General Partner under any reasonable method that is in compliance with Section 1.704-2(h) of the Regulations.
