Common use of Allocation of Purchase Payments Clause in Contracts

Allocation of Purchase Payments. Purchase payments may be allocated to the General Account or to the sub- accounts of the Separate Account. Purchase payments for each Participant shall be allocated to the General Account or to the sub- accounts of the Separate Account in accordance with the instructions of the Participant or the Contract Owner. The initial allocation is established as specified in the application for participation under this contract which must be signed by the Participant. The allocation may be changed as to future purchase payments by written or telephone notice to Minnesota Mutual from the Participant or Contract Owner. That notice must be received by Minnesota Mutual at its Home Office on or prior to the date of receipt of those future purchase payments.
