Common use of Allocation of Purchase Rights Clause in Contracts

Allocation of Purchase Rights. The Employee acknowledges and agrees that the Investors may allocate their purchase rights under this Section 5, as among themselves, in such manner as they, in their sole discretion, may agree from time to time.
