Common use of Allocation of Seller’s Share of Collections Prior to Termination Date Clause in Contracts

Allocation of Seller’s Share of Collections Prior to Termination Date. If such day is not a Termination Day, the Servicer shall allocate out of the Seller’s Share of Collections and pay or otherwise deposit into the Cash Reserve Account as set forth below the following amounts in the following order: (1) first, to the Servicer any accrued and unpaid Servicing Fees; (2) second, deposit into the Cash Reserve Account an amount up to the excess of the Cash Reserve over the amount on deposit in the Cash Reserve Account; and (3) third, to the Seller.
