Common use of Allocation of Services Clause in Contracts

Allocation of Services. Each Party will have the right to receive Services from Shared Personnel in an amount reasonably equivalent to that Party’s Allocation. The Parties shall work cooperatively with each other and the Shared Personnel to coordinate the performance of such Services. Any Party which asserts that it has not received its Allocation of Services from Shared Personnel, must provide written notice to the Parties, describing in detail the alleged deficiency and allowing thirty (30) days to cure before seeking any other remedy.
