Allocation of Site Preparation Costs. Pathnet shall be responsible for payment of the site preparation charge with respect to: (i) each original application; and (ii) each additional application or augment application which involves expansion of existing square footage or additional bays. The site preparation charge is a nonrecurring charge designed to recover GTE's costs associated with preparing wire center(s) or access tandem(s) to accommodate collocation.
