Allocation of Sites. The organisers reserve the right to re-allocate space in the interest of a better showing of exhibits. Sites are available in multiples of 3 metres. Camping/Staying on ground is at a cost of $25 including GST for Friday and Saturday night of Show and is to be paid with site fee.
Allocation of Sites. 10.1 Allocation of booth sites are at the sole discretion of CF.
10.2 CF reserves the right to amend the Event floor plan, including the number, size, and location of booths at any time (acting reasonably). CF will communicate any necessary booth location changes with the Exhibitor at the time these changes are made.
10.3 If, in the opinion of CF, an Exhibitor has shown special reasons for requiring a particular site, CF, in their absolute discretion, may allocate such site.
Allocation of Sites. The organizers reserve the right to re-allocated space in the interest of sites being of the same. Sites will be measured as per your site application on how much space you will require for that site.
