Common use of Allocation of stand space Clause in Contracts

Allocation of stand space. 1 Throughout the agreed period, the exhibitor will be entitled to use the stand space allocated by Jaarbeurs in the confirmation of participation. The site, floor space and type of stand space allocated by Jaarbeurs will be binding. 2 Jaarbeurs has the right to reassign stand space and to revise the stand space allocated to an exhibitor, or to change or revise groupings at all times prior to the exhibition’s commencement. In such case, Jaarbeurs will make an effort to offer the exhibitor comparable stand space in terms of floor space, on the understanding that the resulting participation fee will not deviate more than 10% from the original participation fee.
