Allocation of State Income Tax Relating to Separate Returns. (i) B/E shall be responsible for any and all State Income Taxes due with respect to or required to be reported on any B/E Separate Return; and (ii) KLX shall be responsible for any and all State Income Taxes due with respect to or required to be reported on any KLX Separate Return.
