Allocation of the Global Borrowing Base. For so long as any of the Combined Commitments are in effect and/or any Combined Obligations are outstanding, the Global Borrowing Base shall be comprised of the Allocated U.S. Borrowing Base and the Allocated Canadian Borrowing Base, and allocations between the Allocated U.S. Borrowing Base and Allocated Canadian Borrowing Base shall be made in accordance with this Section 2.7(d).
