Common use of Allocation of Transferred Accounts Clause in Contracts

Allocation of Transferred Accounts. Funds transferred to the Trustee in respect of a Member’s SBM Account shall be allocated under the Plan to such Member’s Elective, Matching, and Rollover Subaccounts, as applicable.
