Allocation of Trust Administration Costs. The funds in the Trust Administration Cost Subaccount shall be internally allocated in accordance with each Beneficiary’s allocation rate. The Trustee shall debit those Trust Administration Costs associated with a particular Eligible Mitigation Action request against the Trust Administration Cost Subaccount allocation of the Beneficiary that requested the funds associated with that Eligible Mitigation Action. The Trustee shall debit all other Trust Administration Costs (“Shared Administration Costs”) among all Beneficiaries, weighted in accordance with each Beneficiary’s Trust Administration Cost Subaccount allocation.
