Allocation to Original Family Members of Offered Interests and Repurchase Interests. Any Offered Interests or Repurchase Interests shall first be allocated collectively to members of the Family Group (the “Original Family Members”) to which the Selling Partner belongs or to which the Former Partner belonged prior to the applicable Withdrawal Event to the extent such Original Family Members have elected to purchase the Offered Interests or Repurchase Interests. Such Offered Interests or Repurchase Interests shall be allocated among the Original Family Members in accordance with Section 8.7(d).
