Allocations After Certain Events of Default. If all Series of Notes Outstanding shall have been declared to be immediately due and payable pursuant to Section 9.2 as a result of the occurrence of an Event of Default defined in clause (d) or (e) of Section 9.1, then to the extent that Collections that are allocated to any Series of Notes on a Payment Date are not needed to make payments of principal of, or interest on, the Notes of such Series, such Collections shall be applied to cover principal payments due on the Notes of all other Series of Notes then Outstanding on a pro rata basis based on the Invested Percentages of such other Series of Notes.
