ALLOCATIONS BETWEEN THE LENDERS AND THE HOLDERS. Notwithstanding any other term or provision of this Lease to the contrary, the allocations of the proceeds of the Properties and any and all other Rent and other amounts received hereunder shall be subject to the inter-creditor provisions between the Lenders and the Holders contained in the Operative Agreements (or as otherwise agreed among the Lenders and the Holders from time to time).
