Allocations During Period of Liquidation. During the period commencing on the date on which a Liquidating Event occurs and ending on the date on which the assets of the Partnership are distributed to the Partners pursuant to Section 13.02 hereof, the Partners shall continue to share Net Profit, Net Loss and other items of Partnership income, gain, loss or deduction in the manner provided in Article 4 hereof.
