Common use of Allocations From Other Series Clause in Contracts

Allocations From Other Series. Amounts allocated to other Series of Notes that have been reallocated by ABRCF to the Series 2019-3 Notes (i) during the Series 2019-3 Revolving Period shall be allocated to the Series 2019-3 Excess Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(e) and (ii) during the Series 2019-3 Controlled Amortization Period or the Series 2019-3 Rapid Amortization Period shall be allocated to the Series 2019-3 Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(b) or 2.2(c), as applicable, to make principal payments in respect of the Series 2019-3 Notes.

Allocations From Other Series. Amounts allocated to other Series of Notes that have been reallocated by ABRCF to the Series 20192017-3 2 Notes (i) during the Series 20192017-3 2 Revolving Period shall be allocated to the Series 20192017-3 2 Excess Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(e) and (ii) during the Series 20192017-3 2 Controlled Amortization Period or the Series 20192017-3 2 Rapid Amortization Period shall be allocated to the Series 20192017-3 2 Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(b) or 2.2(c), as applicable, to make principal payments in respect of the Series 20192017-3 2 Notes.

Allocations From Other Series. Amounts allocated to other Series of Notes that have been reallocated by ABRCF to the Series 20192013-3 2 Notes (i) during the Series 20192013-3 2 Revolving Period shall be allocated to the Series 20192013-3 2 Excess Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(e) and (ii) during the Series 20192013-3 2 Controlled Amortization Period or the Series 20192013-3 2 Rapid Amortization Period shall be allocated to the Series 20192013-3 2 Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(b) or 2.2(c), as applicable, to make principal payments in respect of the Series 20192013-3 2 Notes.

Allocations From Other Series. Amounts allocated to other Series of Notes that have been reallocated by ABRCF to the Series 20192018-3 1 Notes (i) during the Series 20192018-3 1 Revolving Period shall be allocated to the Series 20192018-3 1 Excess Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(e) and (ii) during the Series 20192018-3 1 Controlled Amortization Period or the Series 20192018-3 1 Rapid Amortization Period shall be allocated to the Series 20192018-3 1 Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(b) or 2.2(c), as applicable, to make principal payments in respect of the Series 20192018-3 1 Notes.

Allocations From Other Series. Amounts allocated to other Series of Notes that have been reallocated by ABRCF to the Series 20192012-3 2 Notes (i) during the Series 20192012-3 2 Revolving Period shall be allocated to the Series 20192012-3 2 Excess Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(e) and (ii) during the Series 20192012-3 2 Controlled Amortization Period or the Series 20192012-3 2 Rapid Amortization Period shall be allocated to the Series 20192012-3 2 Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(b) or 2.2(c), as applicable, to make principal payments in respect of the Series 20192012-3 2 Notes.

Allocations From Other Series. Amounts allocated to other Series of Notes that have been reallocated by ABRCF to the Series 20192018-3 2 Notes (i) during the Series 20192018-3 2 Revolving Period shall be allocated to the Series 20192018-3 2 Excess Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(e) and (ii) during the Series 20192018-3 2 Controlled Amortization Period or the Series 20192018-3 2 Rapid Amortization Period shall be allocated to the Series 20192018-3 2 Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(b) or 2.2(c), as applicable, to make principal payments in respect of the Series 20192018-3 2 Notes.

Allocations From Other Series. Amounts allocated to other Series of Notes that have been reallocated by ABRCF to the Series 20192020-3 1 Notes (i) during the Series 20192020-3 1 Revolving Period shall be allocated to the Series 20192020-3 1 Excess Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(e) and (ii) during the Series 20192020-3 1 Controlled Amortization Period or the Series 20192020-3 1 Rapid Amortization Period shall be allocated to the Series 20192020-3 1 Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(b) or 2.2(c), as applicable, to make principal payments in respect of the Series 20192020-3 1 Notes.

Allocations From Other Series. Amounts allocated to other Series of Notes that have been reallocated by ABRCF to the Series 20192023-3 2 Notes (i) during the Series 20192023-3 2 Revolving Period shall be allocated to the Series 20192023-3 2 Excess Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(e) and (ii) during the Series 20192023-3 2 Controlled Amortization Period or the Series 20192023-3 2 Rapid Amortization Period shall be allocated to the Series 20192023-3 2 Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(b) or 2.2(c), as applicable, to make principal payments in respect of the Series 20192023-3 2 Notes.

Allocations From Other Series. Amounts allocated to other Series of Notes that have been reallocated by ABRCF to the Series 20192024-3 2 Notes (i) during the Series 20192024-3 2 Revolving Period shall be allocated to the Series 20192024-3 2 Excess Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(e) and (ii) during the Series 20192024-3 2 Controlled Amortization Period or the Series 20192024-3 2 Rapid Amortization Period shall be allocated to the Series 20192024-3 2 Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(b) or 2.2(c), as applicable, to make principal payments in respect of the Series 20192024-3 2 Notes.

Allocations From Other Series. Amounts allocated to other Series of Notes that have been reallocated by ABRCF to the Series 20192023-3 5 Notes (i) during the Series 20192023-3 5 Revolving Period shall be allocated to the Series 20192023-3 5 Excess Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(e) and (ii) during the Series 20192023-3 5 Controlled Amortization Period or the Series 20192023-3 5 Rapid Amortization Period shall be allocated to the Series 20192023-3 5 Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(b) or 2.2(c), as applicable, to make principal payments in respect of the Series 20192023-3 5 Notes.

Allocations From Other Series. Amounts allocated to other Series of Notes that have been reallocated by ABRCF to the Series 20192016-3 1 Notes (i) during the Series 20192016-3 1 Revolving Period shall be allocated to the Series 20192016-3 1 Excess Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(e) and (ii) during the Series 20192016-3 1 Controlled Amortization Period or the Series 20192016-3 1 Rapid Amortization Period shall be allocated to the Series 20192016-3 1 Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(b) or 2.2(c), as applicable, to make principal payments in respect of the Series 20192016-3 1 Notes.

Allocations From Other Series. Amounts allocated to other Series of Notes that have been reallocated by ABRCF to the Series 20192014-3 1 Notes (i) during the Series 20192014-3 1 Revolving Period shall be allocated to the Series 20192014-3 1 Excess Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(e) and (ii) during the Series 20192014-3 1 Controlled Amortization Period or the Series 20192014-3 1 Rapid Amortization Period shall be allocated to the Series 20192014-3 1 Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(b) or 2.2(c), as applicable, to make principal payments in respect of the Series 20192014-3 1 Notes.

Allocations From Other Series. Amounts allocated to other Series of Notes that have been reallocated by ABRCF to the Series 20192009-3 1 Notes (i) during the Series 20192009-3 1 Revolving Period shall be allocated to the Series 20192009-3 1 Excess Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(e) and (ii) during the Series 20192009-3 1 Controlled Amortization Period or the Series 20192009-3 1 Rapid Amortization Period shall be allocated to the Series 20192009-3 1 Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(b) or 2.2(c), as applicable, to make principal payments in respect of the Series 20192009-3 1 Notes.

Allocations From Other Series. Amounts allocated to other Series of Notes that have been reallocated by ABRCF to the Series 20192022-3 2 Notes (i) during the Series 20192022-3 2 Revolving Period shall be allocated to the Series 20192022-3 2 Excess Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(e3.2(e) and (ii) during the Series 20192022-3 2 Controlled Amortization Period or the Series 20192022-3 2 Rapid Amortization Period shall be allocated to the Series 20192022-3 2 Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(b3.2(b)(ii), 3.2(c)(ii) or 2.2(c3.2(d)(ii), as applicablethe case may be, to make principal payments in respect of the Series 20192022-3 Notes2 Notes or to be allocated to the Series 2022-2 Reserve Account.

Amounts allocated to other Series of Notes that have been reallocated by ABRCF to the Series 20192023-3 8 Notes (i) during the Series 20192023-3 8 Revolving Period shall be allocated to the Series 20192023-3 8 Excess Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(e) and (ii) during the Series 20192023-3 8 Controlled Amortization Period or the Series 20192023-3 8 Rapid Amortization Period shall be allocated to the Series 20192023-3 8 Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(b) or 2.2(c), as applicable, to make principal payments in respect of the Series 20192023-3 8 Notes.

Allocations From Other Series. Amounts allocated to other Series of Notes that have been reallocated by ABRCF to the Series 20192014-3 2 Notes (i) during the Series 20192014-3 2 Revolving Period shall be allocated to the Series 20192014-3 2 Excess Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(e) and (ii) during the Series 20192014-3 2 Controlled Amortization Period or the Series 20192014-3 2 Rapid Amortization Period shall be allocated to the Series 20192014-3 2 Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(b) or 2.2(c), as applicable, to make principal payments in respect of the Series 20192014-3 2 Notes.

Amounts allocated to other Series of Notes that have been reallocated by ABRCF to the Series 20192021-3 1 Notes (i) during the Series 20192021-3 1 Revolving Period shall be allocated to the Series 20192021-3 1 Excess Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(e) and (ii) during the Series 20192021-3 1 Controlled Amortization Period or the Series 20192021-3 1 Rapid Amortization Period shall be allocated to the Series 20192021-3 1 Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(b) or 2.2(c), as applicable, to make principal payments in respect of the Series 20192021-3 1 Notes.

Allocations From Other Series. Amounts allocated to other Series of Notes that have been reallocated by ABRCF AFC-II to the Series 20192004-3 2 Notes (i) during the Series 20192004-3 2 Revolving Period shall be allocated to the Series 20192004-3 2 Excess Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(e) and (ii) during the Series 20192004-3 2 Controlled Amortization Period or the Series 20192004-3 2 Rapid Amortization Period shall be allocated to the Series 20192004-3 2 Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(b) or 2.2(c), as applicable, to make principal payments in respect of the Series 20192004-3 2 Notes.

Allocations From Other Series. Amounts allocated to other Series of Notes that have been reallocated by ABRCF to the Series 20192011-3 1 Notes (i) during the Series 20192011-3 1 Revolving Period shall be allocated to the Series 20192011-3 1 Excess Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(e) and (ii) during the Series 20192011-3 1 Controlled Amortization Period or the Series 20192011-3 1 Rapid Amortization Period shall be allocated to the Series 20192011-3 1 Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(b) or 2.2(c), as applicable, to make principal payments in respect of the Series 20192011-3 1 Notes.

Allocations From Other Series. Amounts allocated to other Series of Notes that have been reallocated by ABRCF to the Series 20192021-3 2 Notes (i) during the Series 20192021-3 2 Revolving Period shall be allocated to the Series 20192021-3 2 Excess Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(e) and (ii) during the Series 20192021-3 2 Controlled Amortization Period or the Series 20192021-3 2 Rapid Amortization Period shall be allocated to the Series 20192021-3 2 Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(b) or 2.2(c), as applicable, to make principal payments in respect of the Series 20192021-3 2 Notes.

Amounts allocated to other Series of Notes that have been reallocated by ABRCF to the Series 20192010-3 Notes (i) during the Series 20192010-3 Revolving Period shall be allocated to the Series 20192010-3 Excess Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(e) and (ii) during the Series 20192010-3 Controlled Amortization Period or the Series 20192010-3 Rapid Amortization Period shall be allocated to the Series 20192010-3 Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(b) or 2.2(c), as applicable, to make principal payments in respect of the Series 20192010-3 Notes.

Allocations From Other Series. Amounts allocated to other Series of Notes that have been reallocated by ABRCF to the Series 20192023-3 6 Notes (i) during the Series 20192023-3 6 Revolving Period shall be allocated to the Series 20192023-3 6 Excess Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(e) and (ii) during the Series 20192023-3 6 Controlled Amortization Period or the Series 20192023-3 6 Rapid Amortization Period shall be allocated to the Series 20192023-3 6 Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(b) or 2.2(c), as applicable, to make principal payments in respect of the Series 20192023-3 6 Notes.

Amounts allocated to other Series of Notes that have been reallocated by ABRCF to the Series 2019-3 1 Notes (i) during the Series 2019-3 1 Revolving Period shall be allocated to the Series 2019-3 1 Excess Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(e) and (ii) during the Series 2019-3 1 Controlled Amortization Period or the Series 2019-3 1 Rapid Amortization Period shall be allocated to the Series 2019-3 1 Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(b) or 2.2(c), as applicable, to make principal payments in respect of the Series 2019-3 1 Notes.

Allocations From Other Series. Amounts allocated to other Series of Notes that have been reallocated by ABRCF to the Series 20192023-3 7 Notes (i) during the Series 20192023-3 7 Revolving Period shall be allocated to the Series 20192023-3 7 Excess Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(e) and (ii) during the Series 20192023-3 7 Controlled Amortization Period or the Series 20192023-3 7 Rapid Amortization Period shall be allocated to the Series 20192023-3 7 Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(b) or 2.2(c), as applicable, to make principal payments in respect of the Series 20192023-3 7 Notes.

Allocations From Other Series. Amounts allocated to other Series of Notes that have been reallocated by ABRCF to the Series 20192015-3 1 Notes (i) during the Series 20192015-3 1 Revolving Period shall be allocated to the Series 20192015-3 1 Excess Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(e) and (ii) during the Series 20192015-3 1 Controlled Amortization Period or the Series 20192015-3 1 Rapid Amortization Period shall be allocated to the Series 20192015-3 1 Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(b) or 2.2(c), as applicable, to make principal payments in respect of the Series 20192015-3 1 Notes.

Allocations From Other Series. Amounts allocated to other Series of Notes that have been reallocated by ABRCF to the Series 20192023-3 4 Notes (i) during the Series 20192023-3 4 Revolving Period shall be allocated to the Series 20192023-3 4 Excess Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(e) and (ii) during the Series 20192023-3 4 Controlled Amortization Period or the Series 20192023-3 4 Rapid Amortization Period shall be allocated to the Series 20192023-3 4 Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(b) or 2.2(c), as applicable, to make principal payments in respect of the Series 20192023-3 4 Notes.

Allocations From Other Series. Amounts allocated to other Series of Notes that have been reallocated by ABRCF CRCF to the Series 20192005-3 2 Notes (i) during the Series 20192005-3 2 Revolving Period shall be allocated to the Series 20192005-3 2 Excess Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(e) and (ii) during the Series 20192005-3 2 Controlled Amortization Period or the Series 20192005-3 2 Rapid Amortization Period shall be allocated to the Series 20192005-3 2 Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(b) or 2.2(c), as applicable, to make principal payments in respect of the Series 20192005-3 2 Notes.

Allocations From Other Series. Amounts allocated to other Series of Notes that have been reallocated by ABRCF to the Series 20192010-3 2 Notes (i) during the Series 20192010-3 2 Revolving Period shall be allocated to the Series 20192010-3 2 Excess Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(e) and (ii) during the Series 20192010-3 2 Controlled Amortization Period or the Series 20192010-3 2 Rapid Amortization Period shall be allocated to the Series 20192010-3 2 Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(b) or 2.2(c), as applicable, to make principal payments in respect of the Series 20192010-3 2 Notes.

Allocations From Other Series. Amounts allocated to other Series of Notes that have been reallocated by ABRCF to the Series 20192024-3 1 Notes (i) during the Series 20192024-3 1 Revolving Period shall be allocated to the Series 20192024-3 1 Excess Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(e) and (ii) during the Series 20192024-3 1 Controlled Amortization Period or the Series 20192024-3 1 Rapid Amortization Period shall be allocated to the Series 20192024-3 1 Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(b) or 2.2(c), as applicable, to make principal payments in respect of the Series 20192024-3 1 Notes.

Allocations From Other Series. Amounts allocated to other Series of Notes that have been reallocated by ABRCF to the Series 20192012-3 1 Notes (i) during the Series 20192012-3 1 Revolving Period shall be allocated to the Series 20192012-3 1 Excess Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(e) and (ii) during the Series 20192012-3 1 Controlled Amortization Period or the Series 20192012-3 1 Rapid Amortization Period shall be allocated to the Series 20192012-3 1 Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(b) or 2.2(c), as applicable, to make principal payments in respect of the Series 20192012-3 1 Notes.

Allocations From Other Series. Amounts allocated to other Series of Notes that have been reallocated by ABRCF to the Series 20192008-3 1 Notes (i) during the Series 20192008-3 1 Revolving Period shall be allocated to the Series 20192008-3 1 Excess Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(e3.2(e) and (ii) during the Series 20192008-3 Controlled Amortization Period or the Series 2019-3 Rapid 1 Amortization Period shall be allocated to the Series 20192008-3 1 Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(b3.2(b)(ii) or 2.2(c(c)(ii), as applicablethe case may be, to make principal payments in respect of the Series 20192008-3 1 Notes.

Allocations From Other Series. Amounts allocated to other Series of Notes that have been reallocated by ABRCF to the Series 20192010-3 4 Notes (i) during the Series 20192010-3 4 Revolving Period shall be allocated to the Series 20192010-3 4 Excess Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(e) and (ii) during the Series 20192010-3 4 Controlled Amortization Period or the Series 20192010-3 4 Rapid Amortization Period shall be allocated to the Series 20192010-3 4 Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(b) or 2.2(c), as applicable, to make principal payments in respect of the Series 20192010-3 4 Notes.

Amounts allocated to other Series of Notes that have been reallocated by ABRCF to the Series 20192005-3 2 Notes (i) during the Series 20192005-3 2 Revolving Period shall be allocated to the Series 20192005-3 2 Excess Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(e) and (ii) during the Series 20192005-3 2 Controlled Amortization Period or the Series 20192005-3 2 Rapid Amortization Period shall be allocated to the Series 20192005-3 2 Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(b) or 2.2(c), as applicable, to make principal payments in respect of the Series 20192005-3 2 Notes.
