Common use of Allocations From Other Series Clause in Contracts

Allocations From Other Series. Amounts allocated to other Series of Notes that have been reallocated by ABRCF to the Series 2012-2 Notes (i) during the Series 2012-2 Revolving Period shall be allocated to the Series 2012-2 Excess Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(e) and (ii) during the Series 2012-2 Controlled Amortization Period or the Series 2012-2 Rapid Amortization Period shall be allocated to the Series 2012-2 Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(b) or 2.2(c), as applicable, to make principal payments in respect of the Series 2012-2 Notes.

Allocations From Other Series. Amounts allocated to other Series of Notes that have been reallocated by ABRCF to the Series 20122018-2 1 Notes (i) during the Series 20122018-2 1 Revolving Period shall be allocated to the Series 20122018-2 1 Excess Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(e) and (ii) during the Series 20122018-2 1 Controlled Amortization Period or the Series 20122018-2 1 Rapid Amortization Period shall be allocated to the Series 20122018-2 1 Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(b) or 2.2(c), as applicable, to make principal payments in respect of the Series 20122018-2 1 Notes.

Allocations From Other Series. Amounts allocated to other Series of Notes that have been reallocated by ABRCF to the Series 20122020-2 1 Notes (i) during the Series 20122020-2 1 Revolving Period shall be allocated to the Series 20122020-2 1 Excess Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(e) and (ii) during the Series 20122020-2 1 Controlled Amortization Period or the Series 20122020-2 1 Rapid Amortization Period shall be allocated to the Series 20122020-2 1 Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(b) or 2.2(c), as applicable, to make principal payments in respect of the Series 20122020-2 1 Notes.

Allocations From Other Series. Amounts allocated to other Series of Notes that have been reallocated by ABRCF to the Series 20122019-2 3 Notes (i) during the Series 20122019-2 3 Revolving Period shall be allocated to the Series 20122019-2 3 Excess Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(e) and (ii) during the Series 20122019-2 3 Controlled Amortization Period or the Series 20122019-2 3 Rapid Amortization Period shall be allocated to the Series 20122019-2 3 Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(b) or 2.2(c), as applicable, to make principal payments in respect of the Series 20122019-2 3 Notes.

Allocations From Other Series. Amounts allocated to other Series of Notes that have been reallocated by ABRCF to the Series 20122013-2 Notes (i) during the Series 20122013-2 Revolving Period shall be allocated to the Series 20122013-2 Excess Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(e) and (ii) during the Series 20122013-2 Controlled Amortization Period or the Series 20122013-2 Rapid Amortization Period shall be allocated to the Series 20122013-2 Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(b) or 2.2(c), as applicable, to make principal payments in respect of the Series 20122013-2 Notes.

Allocations From Other Series. Amounts allocated to other Series of Notes that have been reallocated by ABRCF to the Series 20122011-2 3 Notes (i) during the Series 20122011-2 3 Revolving Period shall be allocated to the Series 20122011-2 3 Excess Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(e) and (ii) during the Series 20122011-2 3 Controlled Amortization Period or the Series 20122011-2 3 Rapid Amortization Period shall be allocated to the Series 20122011-2 3 Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(b) or 2.2(c), as applicable, to make principal payments in respect of the Series 20122011-2 3 Notes.

Allocations From Other Series. Amounts allocated to other Series of Notes that have been reallocated by ABRCF to the Series 20122011-2 5 Notes (i) during the Series 20122011-2 5 Revolving Period shall be allocated to the Series 20122011-2 5 Excess Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(e) and (ii) during the Series 20122011-2 5 Controlled Amortization Period or the Series 20122011-2 5 Rapid Amortization Period shall be allocated to the Series 20122011-2 5 Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(b) or 2.2(c), as applicable, to make principal payments in respect of the Series 20122011-2 5 Notes.

Amounts allocated to other Series of Notes that have been reallocated by ABRCF to the Series 20122017-2 Notes (i) during the Series 20122017-2 Revolving Period shall be allocated to the Series 20122017-2 Excess Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(e) and (ii) during the Series 20122017-2 Controlled Amortization Period or the Series 20122017-2 Rapid Amortization Period shall be allocated to the Series 20122017-2 Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(b) or 2.2(c), as applicable, to make principal payments in respect of the Series 20122017-2 Notes.

Allocations From Other Series. Amounts allocated to other Series of Notes that have been reallocated by ABRCF to the Series 20122010-2 4 Notes (i) during the Series 20122010-2 4 Revolving Period shall be allocated to the Series 20122010-2 4 Excess Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(e) and (ii) during the Series 20122010-2 4 Controlled Amortization Period or the Series 20122010-2 4 Rapid Amortization Period shall be allocated to the Series 20122010-2 4 Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(b) or 2.2(c), as applicable, to make principal payments in respect of the Series 20122010-2 4 Notes.

Allocations From Other Series. Amounts allocated to other Series of Notes that have been reallocated by ABRCF to the Series 20122016-2 Notes (i) during the Series 20122016-2 Revolving Period shall be allocated to the Series 20122016-2 Excess Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(e) and (ii) during the Series 20122016-2 Controlled Amortization Period or the Series 20122016-2 Rapid Amortization Period shall be allocated to the Series 20122016-2 Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(b) or 2.2(c), as applicable, to make principal payments in respect of the Series 20122016-2 Notes.

Allocations From Other Series. Amounts allocated to other Series of Notes that have been reallocated by ABRCF to the Series 20122010-2 3 Notes (i) during the Series 20122010-2 3 Revolving Period shall be allocated to the Series 20122010-2 3 Excess Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(e) and (ii) during the Series 20122010-2 3 Controlled Amortization Period or the Series 20122010-2 3 Rapid Amortization Period shall be allocated to the Series 20122010-2 3 Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(b) or 2.2(c), as applicable, to make principal payments in respect of the Series 20122010-2 3 Notes.

Allocations From Other Series. Amounts allocated to other Series of Notes that have been reallocated by ABRCF to the Series 20122014-2 Notes (i) during the Series 20122014-2 Revolving Period shall be allocated to the Series 20122014-2 Excess Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(e) and (ii) during the Series 20122014-2 Controlled Amortization Period or the Series 20122014-2 Rapid Amortization Period shall be allocated to the Series 20122014-2 Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(b) or 2.2(c), as applicable, to make principal payments in respect of the Series 20122014-2 Notes.

Allocations From Other Series. Amounts allocated to other Series of Notes that have been reallocated by ABRCF to the Series 20122023-2 6 Notes (i) during the Series 20122023-2 6 Revolving Period shall be allocated to the Series 20122023-2 6 Excess Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(e) and (ii) during the Series 20122023-2 6 Controlled Amortization Period or the Series 20122023-2 6 Rapid Amortization Period shall be allocated to the Series 20122023-2 6 Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(b) or 2.2(c), as applicable, to make principal payments in respect of the Series 20122023-2 6 Notes.

Allocations From Other Series. Amounts allocated to other Series of Notes that have been reallocated by ABRCF to the Series 20122015-2 1 Notes (i) during the Series 20122015-2 1 Revolving Period shall be allocated to the Series 20122015-2 1 Excess Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(e) and (ii) during the Series 20122015-2 1 Controlled Amortization Period or the Series 20122015-2 1 Rapid Amortization Period shall be allocated to the Series 20122015-2 1 Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(b) or 2.2(c), as applicable, to make principal payments in respect of the Series 20122015-2 1 Notes.

Allocations From Other Series. Amounts allocated to other Series of Notes that have been reallocated by ABRCF to the Series 20122024-2 3 Notes (i) during the Series 20122024-2 3 Revolving Period shall be allocated to the Series 20122024-2 3 Excess Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(e) and (ii) during the Series 20122024-2 3 Controlled Amortization Period or the Series 20122024-2 3 Rapid Amortization Period shall be allocated to the Series 20122024-2 3 Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(b) or 2.2(c), as applicable, to make principal payments in respect of the Series 20122024-2 3 Notes.

Allocations From Other Series. Amounts allocated to other Series of Notes that have been reallocated by ABRCF AFC-II to the Series 20122004-2 Notes (i) during the Series 20122004-2 Revolving Period shall be allocated to the Series 20122004-2 Excess Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(e) and (ii) during the Series 20122004-2 Controlled Amortization Period or the Series 20122004-2 Rapid Amortization Period shall be allocated to the Series 20122004-2 Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(b) or 2.2(c), as applicable, to make principal payments in respect of the Series 20122004-2 Notes.

Allocations From Other Series. Amounts allocated to other Series of Notes that have been reallocated by ABRCF to the Series 20122016-2 1 Notes (i) during the Series 20122016-2 1 Revolving Period shall be allocated to the Series 20122016-2 1 Excess Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(e) and (ii) during the Series 20122016-2 1 Controlled Amortization Period or the Series 20122016-2 1 Rapid Amortization Period shall be allocated to the Series 20122016-2 1 Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(b) or 2.2(c), as applicable, to make principal payments in respect of the Series 20122016-2 1 Notes.

Amounts allocated to other Series of Notes that have been reallocated by ABRCF to the Series 20122023-2 7 Notes (i) during the Series 20122023-2 7 Revolving Period shall be allocated to the Series 20122023-2 7 Excess Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(e) and (ii) during the Series 20122023-2 7 Controlled Amortization Period or the Series 20122023-2 7 Rapid Amortization Period shall be allocated to the Series 20122023-2 7 Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(b) or 2.2(c), as applicable, to make principal payments in respect of the Series 20122023-2 7 Notes.

Allocations From Other Series. Amounts allocated to other Series of Notes that have been reallocated by ABRCF to the Series 20122023-2 1 Notes (i) during the Series 20122023-2 1 Revolving Period shall be allocated to the Series 20122023-2 1 Excess Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(e) and (ii) during the Series 20122023-2 1 Controlled Amortization Period or the Series 20122023-2 1 Rapid Amortization Period shall be allocated to the Series 20122023-2 1 Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(b) or 2.2(c), as applicable, to make principal payments in respect of the Series 20122023-2 1 Notes.

Amounts allocated to other Series of Notes that have been reallocated by ABRCF to the Series 20122023-2 8 Notes (i) during the Series 20122023-2 8 Revolving Period shall be allocated to the Series 20122023-2 8 Excess Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(e) and (ii) during the Series 20122023-2 8 Controlled Amortization Period or the Series 20122023-2 8 Rapid Amortization Period shall be allocated to the Series 20122023-2 8 Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(b) or 2.2(c), as applicable, to make principal payments in respect of the Series 20122023-2 8 Notes.

Allocations From Other Series. Amounts allocated to other Series of Notes that have been reallocated by ABRCF to the Series 20122014-2 1 Notes (i) during the Series 20122014-2 1 Revolving Period shall be allocated to the Series 20122014-2 1 Excess Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(e) and (ii) during the Series 20122014-2 1 Controlled Amortization Period or the Series 20122014-2 1 Rapid Amortization Period shall be allocated to the Series 20122014-2 1 Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(b) or 2.2(c), as applicable, to make principal payments in respect of the Series 20122014-2 1 Notes.

Amounts allocated to other Series of Notes that have been reallocated by ABRCF CRCF to the Series 20122005-2 Notes (i) during the Series 20122005-2 Revolving Period shall be allocated to the Series 20122005-2 Excess Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(e) and (ii) during the Series 20122005-2 Controlled Amortization Period or the Series 20122005-2 Rapid Amortization Period shall be allocated to the Series 20122005-2 Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(b) or 2.2(c), as applicable, to make principal payments in respect of the Series 20122005-2 Notes.

Allocations From Other Series. Amounts allocated to other Series of Notes that have been reallocated by ABRCF CRCF to the Series 20122005-2 1 Notes (i) during the Series 20122005-2 1 Revolving Period shall be allocated to the Series 20122005-2 1 Excess Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(e) and (ii) during the Series 20122005-2 1 Controlled Amortization Period or the Series 20122005-2 1 Rapid Amortization Period shall be allocated to the Series 20122005-2 1 Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(b) or 2.2(c), as applicable, to make principal payments in respect of the Series 20122005-2 1 Notes.

Allocations From Other Series. Amounts allocated to other Series of Notes that have been reallocated by ABRCF to the Series 20122011-2 1 Notes (i) during the Series 20122011-2 1 Revolving Period shall be allocated to the Series 20122011-2 1 Excess Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(e) and (ii) during the Series 20122011-2 1 Controlled Amortization Period or the Series 20122011-2 1 Rapid Amortization Period shall be allocated to the Series 20122011-2 1 Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(b) or 2.2(c), as applicable, to make principal payments in respect of the Series 20122011-2 1 Notes.

Allocations From Other Series. Amounts allocated to other Series of Notes that have been reallocated by ABRCF to the Series 20122009-2 1 Notes (i) during the Series 20122009-2 1 Revolving Period shall be allocated to the Series 20122009-2 1 Excess Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(e) and (ii) during the Series 20122009-2 1 Controlled Amortization Period or the Series 20122009-2 1 Rapid Amortization Period shall be allocated to the Series 20122009-2 1 Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(b) or 2.2(c), as applicable, to make principal payments in respect of the Series 20122009-2 1 Notes.

Allocations From Other Series. Amounts allocated to other Series of Notes that have been reallocated by ABRCF to the Series 20122022-2 5 Notes (i) during the Series 20122022-2 5 Revolving Period shall be allocated to the Series 20122022-2 5 Excess Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(e) and (ii) during the Series 20122022-2 5 Controlled Amortization Period or the Series 20122022-2 5 Rapid Amortization Period shall be allocated to the Series 20122022-2 5 Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(b) or 2.2(c), as applicable, to make principal payments in respect of the Series 20122022-2 5 Notes.

Allocations From Other Series. Amounts allocated to other Series of Notes that have been reallocated by ABRCF to the Series 20122010-2 5 Notes (i) during the Series 20122010-2 5 Revolving Period shall be allocated to the Series 20122010-2 5 Excess Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(e) and (ii) during the Series 20122010-2 5 Controlled Amortization Period or the Series 20122010-2 5 Rapid Amortization Period shall be allocated to the Series 20122010-2 5 Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(b) or 2.2(c), as applicable, to make principal payments in respect of the Series 20122010-2 5 Notes.

Allocations From Other Series. Amounts allocated to other Series of Notes that have been reallocated by ABRCF to the Series 20122005-2 Notes (i) during the Series 20122005-2 Revolving Period shall be allocated to the Series 20122005-2 Excess Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(e) and (ii) during the Series 20122005-2 Controlled Amortization Period or the Series 20122005-2 Rapid Amortization Period shall be allocated to the Series 20122005-2 Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(b) or 2.2(c), as applicable, to make principal payments in respect of the Series 20122005-2 Notes.

Allocations From Other Series. Amounts allocated to other Series of Notes that have been reallocated by ABRCF to the Series 2012-2 3 Notes (i) during the Series 2012-2 3 Revolving Period shall be allocated to the Series 2012-2 3 Excess Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(e) and (ii) during the Series 2012-2 3 Controlled Amortization Period or the Series 2012-2 3 Rapid Amortization Period shall be allocated to the Series 2012-2 3 Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(b) or 2.2(c), as applicable, to make principal payments in respect of the Series 2012-2 3 Notes.

Allocations From Other Series. Amounts allocated to other Series of Notes that have been reallocated by ABRCF CRCF to the Series 20122006-2 1 Notes (i) during the Series 20122006-2 1 Revolving Period shall be allocated to the Series 20122006-2 1 Excess Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(e) and (ii) during the Series 20122006-2 1 Controlled Amortization Period or the Series 20122006-2 1 Rapid Amortization Period shall be allocated to the Series 20122006-2 1 Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(b) or 2.2(c), as applicable, to make principal payments in respect of the Series 20122006-2 1 Notes.

Allocations From Other Series. Amounts allocated to other Series of Notes that have been reallocated by ABRCF to the Series 20122011-2 Notes (i) during the Series 20122011-2 Revolving Period shall be allocated to the Series 20122011-2 Excess Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(e) and (ii) during the Series 20122011-2 Controlled Amortization Period or the Series 20122011-2 Rapid Amortization Period shall be allocated to the Series 20122011-2 Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(b) or 2.2(c), as applicable, to make principal payments in respect of the Series 20122011-2 Notes.

Amounts allocated to other Series of Notes that have been reallocated by ABRCF to the Series 20122023-2 5 Notes (i) during the Series 20122023-2 5 Revolving Period shall be allocated to the Series 20122023-2 5 Excess Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(e) and (ii) during the Series 20122023-2 5 Controlled Amortization Period or the Series 20122023-2 5 Rapid Amortization Period shall be allocated to the Series 20122023-2 5 Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(b) or 2.2(c), as applicable, to make principal payments in respect of the Series 20122023-2 5 Notes.

Allocations From Other Series. Amounts allocated to other Series of Notes that have been reallocated by ABRCF to the Series 20122015-2 Notes (i) during the Series 20122015-2 Revolving Period shall be allocated to the Series 20122015-2 Excess Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(e) and (ii) during the Series 20122015-2 Controlled Amortization Period or the Series 20122015-2 Rapid Amortization Period shall be allocated to the Series 20122015-2 Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(b) or 2.2(c), as applicable, to make principal payments in respect of the Series 20122015-2 Notes.

Allocations From Other Series. Amounts allocated to other Series of Notes that have been reallocated by ABRCF to the Series 20122008-2 1 Notes (i) during the Series 20122008-2 1 Revolving Period shall be allocated to the Series 20122008-2 1 Excess Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(e3.2(e) and (ii) during the Series 20122008-2 Controlled Amortization Period or the Series 2012-2 Rapid 1 Amortization Period shall be allocated to the Series 20122008-2 1 Collection Account and applied in accordance with Section 2.2(b3.2(b)(ii) or 2.2(c(c)(ii), as applicablethe case may be, to make principal payments in respect of the Series 20122008-2 1 Notes.
