Allocations Not Required. None of the Directors or Employees, either individually or as a group, shall have any right or entitlement to receive an Award under the Plan. The Committee may, with the approval of the Board, and shall, if so directed by the Board, return all Common Shares and other assets in the Plan Share Reserve to the Corporation at any time and thereafter cease issuing Awards.
