Allocations of Collections During the Series 2010-6 Rapid Amortization Period. With respect to the Series 2010-6 Rapid Amortization Period, other than after the occurrence of an Event of Bankruptcy with respect to ABCR, any other Lessee or any Permitted Sublessee (other than a third-party Permitted Sublessee), the Administrator will direct the Trustee in writing pursuant to the Administration Agreement to allocate, prior to 11:00 a.m. (New York City time) on any Series 2010-6 Deposit Date, all amounts deposited into the Collection Account as set forth below:
