Common use of Allocations of Interchange Clause in Contracts

Allocations of Interchange. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in Section 4.3(a) or the Indenture, Interchange for each Monthly Period shall be allocated to the Noteholders of the Series issued pursuant to this Indenture Supplement based on the daily average of the Allocation Percentages for Finance Charge Collections for all dates during such Monthly Period, and shall be deposited into the Collection Account not later 12:00 noon, New York City time, on the Payment Date following the related Monthly Period.
