Allocations Of Profits And Losses And Distributions In Respect Of Partnership Interests Transferred. If any Partnership Interest is Transferred, or is increased or decreased by reason of the admission of a new Partner or otherwise, during any taxable year, each Partner’s distributive share of Profits or Losses and each item of income, gain, deduction or loss shall be determined by use of any method reasonably determined by the General Partner and permitted under Section 706(d) of the Code to account for the varying interests of the Partners.
