Allocations of Reimbursements of Nominal Liquidation Amount Deficits. If, as of any Distribution Date, there are Series 2006-1 Finance Charge Amounts available pursuant to Section 3.01(f) to reimburse any Nominal Liquidation Amount Deficits as of such Distribution Date, such funds will be allocated to each Class of Series 2006-1 Notes as follows: (a) first, to the Class A Notes, but in no event will the Nominal Liquidation Amount of the Class A Notes be increased above the Adjusted Outstanding Dollar Principal Amount of the Class A Notes; (b) second, to the Class B Notes, but in no event will the Nominal Liquidation Amount of the Class B Notes be increased above the Adjusted Outstanding Dollar Principal Amount of the Class B Notes; and (c) third, to the Class C Notes, but in no event will the Nominal Liquidation Amount of the Class C Notes be increased above the Adjusted Outstanding Dollar Principal Amount of the Class C Notes.
