Common use of Allocations to Additional Venturers Clause in Contracts

Allocations to Additional Venturers. On the admission pursuant to Subsection 2.9.6(c) of additional Venturers to participate in a Subsequent Operation to be undertaken on a property the basis of which has previously been allocated pursuant to Subsections 8.1.1 or 8.1.2, the Joint Venture shall reallocate to the Venturers participating in such Subsequent Operation, in the proportion specified in Subsection 8.3.2, the adjusted basis of the portion of the property upon which the Subsequent Operation is to be undertaken.

Allocations to Additional Venturers. On the admission pursuant to Subsection 2.9.6(c) of additional Venturers to participate in a Subsequent Operation to be undertaken on a property the basis of which has previously been allocated pursuant to Subsections 8.1.1 or 8.1.28.2.1, the Joint Venture shall reallocate to the Venturers participating in such Subsequent Operation, in the proportion specified that such Venturers are entitled to share in the Profits from the Subsequent Operations as set forth in Subsection 8.3.28.4.2, the adjusted basis of the portion of the property upon which the Subsequent Operation is to be undertaken.
