Allonge to Note. This Amendment, to the extent it affects the Note shall be considered an allonge to such Note and is hereby firmly affixed to and made part of such Note. If for any reason this Amendment is not affixed to the Note, the parties hereto agree that this Amendment shall remain a valid amendment to the Note and the terms of this Amendment shall remain binding on all parties.
Allonge to Note. An original of this Modification Agreement may be attached to the original Note as an allonge and made a part of the Note, provided, however, that failure to attach an original of this Modification Agreement as an allonge to the Note shall not impact the effectiveness of this Modification Agreement and this Modification Agreement shall nonetheless be valid, binding and enforceable.
