Common use of Allos Improvements Clause in Contracts

Allos Improvements. Allos shall solely own all Allos Improvements developed, made or conceived of during the course of this Agreement solely by employees or contractors of Allos, and all intellectual property rights therein, including any patent rights claiming the Allos Improvements. Allos shall control the filing, prosecution and maintenance of patents claiming any Allos Improvements at its own cost and using counsel of its choice and in such countries as Allos determines is appropriate.
