Allotment and Issuance of Vested Shares. The Company shall allot and issue the Vested Shares as soon as practicable after such Shares have vested pursuant to the Vesting Criteria. The Company shall have no obligation to allot and issue, and the Participant will have no right or title to, any Shares, and no Shares will be allotted and issued to the Participant, until satisfaction of the Vesting Criteria.
