Common use of Allotment of Ordinary Shares Clause in Contracts

Allotment of Ordinary Shares. The Ordinary Shares underlying the Placement Shares to be issued on the relevant Settlement Date shall have been validly allotted conditional only on receipt by the Company of payment of the purchase price for the relevant Placement Shares.
