Allowable Costs/Contract Amount. a) In consideration of the Contractor's performance under this Agreement, HRI shall reimburse the Contractor for allowable costs incurred in performing the Scope of Work, which is attached hereto as Exhibit A, in accordance with the terms and subject to the limits of this Agreement.
