Common use of Allowable Modifications Clause in Contracts

Allowable Modifications. The School may make modifications as to the number of students in any particular grade, and number of students within a class to accommodate staffing decisions that are consistent with the School’s programmatic needs; except that, nothing in this Contract shall give the GOVERNING BODY the authority to allow the School to combine students from different grade levels into the same classroom unless the School’s educational program explicitly provides for mixed grade or age education.
